Everyone there was honest, friendly and professional. They diagnosed. Repaired and got my Vette back to me in a timely matter. The price was fair and the service excellent This is the best auto shop I've done business with since moving to the Cape.

I just relocated to Cape Coral from overseas. When my car arrived it must have been low on coolant. I made an appointment, but mentioned if there was a cancellation to please let me know. The shop ended up fitting us in the same day. Such nice people and great service. Thank you so much and I will be back!

We’ve been bringing our vehicles to Premier for years now. Appreciate the honesty in telling us what we really need now vs what can wait. We use the CarMax warranty (MaxCare I think it’s called) and since Premier is one of their partner shops any covered repairs have been so easy. Finally they’re just good people, willing to check things out without nickel and diming. Also appreciate that they donate to our kids’ schools.

Todd was very professional and patient with me, being my first time at this location, I thank him for that, I was at Premier auto repair to have a used 2025 Altima with 23,000 on it check out for any defects because I purchased it from Enterprise from their use car service which they told me it was pre-owned certified of which I had some doubt since Enterprise doesn't have a maintenance department, well Eric the mechanic did an excellent job because the car was leaking some fluid from the transmission which he wrote on his report plus took pictures to show enterprise, also the car needed a wheel alignment and windshield wipers, so I would highly recommend premier auto service for inspections on pre-owned cars, he also spoke on my behalf of me with the manager at enterprise about the problems with the car and sent all the paperwork over to enterprise and on enterprise defense Greg the manager at enterprise took care of having all problems corrected at Nissan in cape coral immediately which I appreciate but those problems should have been corrected by enterprise before they sold me the vehicle, enterprise has to check on whoever does their service on used cars and should have spott

I visited this auto repair shop for routine maintenance, and I’m really satisfied with the quality of their work. They didn’t just do a basic oil change but also checked engine condition, tires, brakes, and fluid levels in detail. The staff was friendly and explained everything in simple language so I could understand my car’s condition clearly. I liked that they didn’t suggest unnecessary repairs and only pointed out what actually needed attention. The service was completed on time, and everything felt organized and professional. After the maintenance, my car feels smoother and more reliable on the road. It was a calm, honest, and trustworthy experience overall.
